Returns Policy
ChromeOn Returns/Exchange Policy
- If you have purchased items from our online store and would like to exchange them, ChromeOn would gladly exchange these within 7 days of receipt of the original purchase, so long as the device is returned in the original packaging that it was delivered to you in, with all documentation, cabling and any other accessories that came in the box.
- This means you can return an unwanted product to us provided:
- it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
- it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable);
- it is not missing any accessories or parts;
- you log a return with us within 7 days of delivery to you of the unwanted product.
- Should there be any deviations to the above requirements, ChromeOn will have the right to withdraw the exchange or refund of the items.
- ChromeOn can only exchange items bought directly from our online store.
- After 7 days, you can only return a product if it is defective. Any warranty claims on devices older than 14 days will need to be taken up with the original manufacturer and ChromeOn is not liable for any damage, loss or inconvenience caused during a warranty claim. Please contact us for contact details of the manufacturer should the need arise.
- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN ON SALE OR DEMO ITEMS.
- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN MISUSED OR SHOW SIGNS OF DAMAGE.
Return & Exchange of Products
If you would like to exchange your product please include the original order document received via email as confirmation of the purchases with a notion stating the reason for the exchange or refund. As noted above, your product will need to be returned in the original packaging that it was delivered to you in, with all documentation, cabling and any other accessories that came in the box. Please note that the shipping/Postal fees will have to be paid by the customer & will only be refunded should the products have been inspected and found to be in good order.
